Provide 1st level network support
Determine initial problem for incidents
Escalate problems requiring urgent resolution
Monitor and action (reactive and proactive alarms)
Strong customer focus
Strong Communication skills
Desirable Skills: (You may be required to possess one or more of the following)
Japanese Speaking would be highly regarded, followed by Cantonese and Mandarin
1-2 years of experience in a financial area.
1-2 years of support/problem solving experience.
Knowledge of- MPLS, TCP/IP OSPF, BGP, RIP v2
Knowledge of alarm monitoring tools (Netcool and Smarts)
